Northerner’s “The end of December” from the 1976 mini album is included in the current Surgery radio show amongst some other great tracks.

Fluid radio will be playing a mix I made this coming Wednesday 18th November. It contains some tracks from soon to be released material and also some from labels I love and whom have helped in some way establish hibernate. That is Under The Spire (Chris), Phantom Channel (Michael), Smallfish (Mike), Dead Pilot (Dan), Experimedia (Jeremy), Home Assembly (Barrie) and Infraction (Jason). It’s also my first ever attempt at any form of mixing so if you do tune in and hear errors, please be gentle with me!
While I’m on the subject of radio shows, Ian Hawgood’s Marble World from Wolfskin was played on today’s Quitespace show and is presented by Pimmon. You can give the show a listen here.

Wow, somehow Ian Hawgood’s Wolfskin was heard in Spain and played on national radio! Here is the podcast of the show: http://www.rtve.es/podcast/radio-3/sismografo/

Some of you may have heard Tom White’s releases earlier this year > Sight See on Smallfish records and A Well-Known Phrase on Under The Spire. Tom’s a London based sound and visual artist who explores dictaphone tape, guitar, field recordings and computer producing beautiful music that mixes both drone and elements of noise.
Tom’s new album “In Poor Visibilty” will hopefully be released before the end of the year on hibernate.
